Creative Cocktail Series : CALENO TROPICAL PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI

Ingredients

50ml Caleño Light & Zesty

30ml Pineapple juice 

30ml Freshly squeezed lime juice 

10ml Agave syrup 

Fresh Pineapple wedge


Method

Shake Caleño Light & Zesty, pineapple juice, lime juice and agave syrup in an ice-filled shaker until cold. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer and sieve your cocktail into a chilled coupe glass before garnishing with a large wedge of pineapple on the side of the glass.
