Horchata is a refreshing mexican rice based drinks (Agua Fresca) enjoyed by many all year long. Adding Almave and a cinamon twist makes it perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Almave Ámbar
- 3 oz Horchata mix
- Optional add shot of espresso or 1 oz Chai Tea
- Garnish: Pebble ice/Sprinkle Cinnamon/Nutmeg powder
- Glass: Tiki Cup or Highball
Preparation
Cocktail
- Add ingredients to the shaker tin.
- Add ice and shake.
- Double Strain into a highball glass.
- Use pebble ice or regular ice. Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg powder.
Horchata mix
- 16 oz Oat milk
- 6 oz Coconut milk
- 4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- .50 oz Vanilla extract
Yields a quart container.
