Try our take on the Carajillo, a popular cocktail from Mexico traditionally made with espresso
Ingredients
- 2 oz Almave Ámbar
- 1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
- 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
- 3 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 dash Aromatic Bitters
- A dash of salt
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a small coupe glass, shaking out all that good foam for a nice head.
- Lightly squeeze an orange peel on top and discard the peel.
