Creative Cocktail Series : CARIBBEAN BREAKFAST

Wake up to a taste of the tropics. The Lyre’s Caribbean Breakfast blends spiced cane, chai, lemon, and a touch of peach for a smooth, refreshing sip that’s pure island vibe.


INGREDIENTS
•    1.5 oz Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit
•    1.5 oz cold chai tea
•    1 oz lemon juice
•    0.25 oz sugar syrup
•    1 bar spoon peach jam

METHOD
Shake peach jam with other ingredients and ice for about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
